Non-program Intern Housing - Fall 2024

**Fall Housing Availability as of July 1, 2024: No Availability for Men, 1 Spot for Women**

The Washington Internship Institute has conveniently-located housing in the Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington, Virginia, providing quick and easy access to downtown Washington, DC via the Metro. It’s just a two-block walk to the Rosslyn Metro station on the Blue, Orange and Silver Lines. Rosslyn is one stop outside of DC. Spend the fall living with other interns from all over the country in a convenient area!

Apartment & Building Features

The apartments feature:

  • 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments shared by 4 students (no single bedrooms)

  • Furniture (couches, dining set, beds, and dressers)

  • Washer and dryer in-unit

  • Utilities (gas, electric, water) included

  • Internet and Wi-Fi included

  • Full kitchen with basic kitchenware included (students are only asked to supply their own linens/bedding, towels, and personal toiletry items)

Students have access to a gym, entertainment center, pool tables, ping pong tables, and community room.

A limited number of parking spaces are available for an additional fee.

Availability and Fees

Our Fall 2024 housing runs from August 21 to December 7 for up to 15 weeks. Regrettably we cannot accommodate earlier arrival dates or later departure dates.

Fall 2024 Housing Fee: $5,600
Fall 2024 Housing Deposit (refundable after departure): $200* 

*Housing Fee does not include a $200 Housing Deposit (refundable after departure). Note: The housing deposit is not refundable if you cancel your stay.

Housing fee includes one space in a double room within a 4-person apartment, in-unit laundry, all utilities, internet, and access to building amenities.

Application

Your application, proof of vaccination, and $200 housing deposit should be received at least 2 weeks prior to the move-in date. All arrangements must be finalized at least one week prior to the move-in date.

Vaccination Requirement

Proof of COVID-19 initial series and a booster (if eligible) is required. Exemptions might be granted for appropriately documented medical or religious reasons.
