The Washington Internship Institute sponsors a number of events, mainly in conjunction with its academic internship program, so that our participants may take full advantage of all that Washington has to offer.
Both the IWPP and IFPS students spent the day examining current issues in the Afghanistan War with Former Ambassador to Bulgaria and current Deputy Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan, James Warlick and US Diplomat and Senior Civilian Representative at the Polish Military Base in Ghazni, Ilya Levin.
