Dr. Jameta Nicole Barlow
Dr. Jameta Nicole Barlow facilitates the Internship Seminar, particularly committed to sharing evidence, tips and guidance on a successful professional career. She is a faculty member at The George Washington University and has previously taught at Towson University, Elon University and North Carolina State University in Departments of Writing, Psychology, Women's and Gender Studies and Public Health. Dr. Barlow combines her nearly 25 years of professional experience with her research interests on Black girls' and women's health to analyze policy and develop mindfulness interventions. She is currently writing a book on Black girls' and women's health.
